Honey Joys in the Thermomix

Well with school holidays fast approaching I thought I’d add a recipe that always seems an age old favourite with the kids – Honey Joys.  I must admit I am very fond of them too!!

Honey Joys
90 g butter
60 g sugar
20 g honey
120 g Corn Flakes

* Preheat oven to 150˚C.  Arrange paper or silcone patty cases on baking trays.
* Place butter, sugar and honey into TM bowl and cook for 5 minutes at 100˚C on speed 3
* Add Corn Flakes to bowl and mix for 15 seconds on Reverse + Speed 2.
* Spoon mixture into the prepared cases and bake for 10 minutes.
* Allow to cool and then watch them disappear!

Makes approximately 20 Honey Joys.
