Parsley in Abundance

Another great tip from a customer who had an abundance of parsley growing in her garden – grab bunches of parsley and a few cloves of garlic (and some chilli if your heart desires) and chop in the Thermomix.  Pour into a glass container, add some olive oil and presto, you have an instant topping for pasta.  You could also add to soups, casseroles, etc to add a bit more flavour to your dish.  How simple but how perfect – there is no waste of food and it makes life a little bit easier to have something like that sitting in your fridge on those “what will I cook” nights.  Enjoy x
