Approx cost $0.60 and makes just under 1 kg
100-150 g raw sugar (vary to suit taste)
125 g strong black coffee (cold)
50 g dry milk powder (either skim or full cream as preferred)
2 x 350 g ice cubes
- Place sugar in TM bowl and mill for 10 seconds on Speed 9.
- Add the milk powder followed by 350 g ice cubes and coffee. Slowly turn the dial to Speed 10 and process for approximately 20 seconds.
- Add the remaining ice and use the spatula to assist in incorporating for approximately 1 minute Speed 10 depending on the size of the ice cubes.
- Serve immediately.
Can add a raw egg white to give more volume or uses frozen milk cubes for an “ice coffee” style flavour.
Add coffee liqueur for added punch!
