Place all ingredients into the Thermomix bowl and mix for 10 seconds on Speed 6. If the mixture looks too thick, add a little more milk and mix again.
Drop dessertspoons of mixture into a greased, heavy-based pan. Turn over when bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the pikelet and brown the other side.
Pikelets can be served at any temperature and are delicious with homemade butter and strawberry jam or with a squeeze of lemon juice together with a sprinkle of sugar. However, you are only limited by your imagination! For children you could try serving with yoghurt and stewed fruit.
