      Chicken and corn soup
      5 g fresh ginger peeled
      400 g Chicken Thighs
      3 Spring onion stalks
      1 Onion
2 Tbs TM vegetable or chicken stock
      900 g water
      455 g can creamed corn
      2 tsp soy sauce
      1 egg, whisked
      1 Tbs oil
      1. Prepare chicken thighs cut into thin strips
      2. Place ginger in TM bowl grate for 4 seconds on speed 7
      3. Place in quartered onion chop for3 seconds on speed 7
      4. Add oil and sauté onion and ginger 2 mins on speed 1 on 100 degrees
      5. Add can of creamed corn, chicken, spring onions, soy sauce, stock and water. Don’t over fill the two litres level. Cook on Reverse for 15 mins on 100 degree on speed 2 (or Varoma temp if steaming above).
      6. When cooked turn speed to 1, varoma temp and through the MC hole while blade are spinning slowly pour whisked egg into soup (10sec).
      7. Quickly put MC back on and stir on reverse in 30 seconds on speed 2 at 100 degrees, so egg is nice and stringy through soup.
      8. Pour into Thermoserver and enjoy. Add salt and pepper to taste. This soup makes 2 litres of delicious soup.

Just whipped this up for my Husbands lunch, he was very surprised to come in from the wet and cold and have a steaming bowl of soup for lunch! Thank you for a wonderful recipe, the leftover will now be frozen for a meal for him once our baby #2 arrives and I can’t be fagged cooking!

I'd love to hear from you....comments are welcomed :)
