Another recipe shared by Jan at our Branch Meeting. This was lovely poured over the gnocchi. A new favourite! I strained my oil through my nut bag.
400g grapeseed oil (any neutral oil should work)
2 bunches of parsley or basil
Place the oil and herbs (include stalks) in the TM bowl.
Blend for 15 minutes speed 10.
Strain the oil through a coffee filter, muslin, or I use kitchen paper towel in a strainer.
Store in the fridge, away from light.
